4. Tutoring Services

When you book a tutoring session with Childish Behavior Publishing, you agree to the following:

Session Conduct Sessions are designed to be a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. We reserve the right to end a session and decline future sessions if conduct by a student or parent is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to that environment.

Accuracy of Student Information You agree to provide accurate information about your child's grade level, learning needs, and any relevant accommodations so our tutors can serve them effectively.

Technology Requirements For virtual sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, appropriate device, and a quiet environment for your child to participate.

Scheduling Sessions must be scheduled in advance. We will make every effort to honor scheduled appointments. If we must cancel or reschedule a session on our end, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer a replacement session at no additional cost.

A separate Store Policy governing cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for tutoring appointments will be provided and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Camp and Enrichment Program Registrations

Registration for camps, workshops, and enrichment programs constitutes a binding agreement to participate. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as described at the time of registration.

A separate Store Policy governing cancellations, transfers, and refunds for camp registrations will be provided and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in United States dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases or enrollments that have already been confirmed.

Payment is due at the time of purchase or enrollment unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, worksheets, curriculum materials, and program content, is the intellectual property of Childish Behavior Publishing and is protected by applicable United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
