At Childish Behavior Publishing, every product and program we offer is designed with your child's growth in mind. We stand behind the quality of our materials and services, and we are always here to help when questions arise.

Book & Educational Material Purchases

All books and physical educational materials sold through www.childishbehavior.com are carefully reviewed and packaged before shipment. Because of the nature of physical educational products, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a title, age appropriateness, or grade level fit before buying, please reach out to us before placing your order. We are happy to help you make the right choice for your child.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Camps, Events & Enrichment Programs

We understand that life happens. Scheduling conflicts, illness, and unexpected circumstances are a reality for every family. For that reason, all cancellation and refund requests related to camp registrations, workshops, and enrichment program enrollments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

There are no automatic refunds for cancellations, but we are committed to working with every family fairly and respectfully. If you need to cancel or withdraw from a program, please contact us as early as possible so we have the best opportunity to accommodate your request.

Please include your child's name, the program name, your registration date, and the reason for your request. All requests will receive a response within 2 business days.

Tutoring Appointments

We ask that all tutoring appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer that time to another student in need.

​

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to review and may affect future scheduling priority. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We are always willing to have a conversation.
